At Beneficence Care Support Services, our support principles are based on a Person-Centered approach, where we listen, share ideas, work with and place our NDIS participants and their families/or carers at the center of decisions that relate to their life. Our NDIS participants are treated with a high level of respect and dignity, and we encourage them to be in the driver's seat to promote their independence and ensuring that their choice and control work properly for them.
