I waited a few months before posting a review so that I could be confident about the rating I chose. I'm very happy with the level of care and attention to detail from BCSS. Faulkner is a very thorough, caring person with great initiative and communication. He checks in on me to make sure everything is good with my current support person, and lets me know right away if anything changes. He really cares about people and wants things to be right. He's open to feedback and is always striving to improve. I definitely recommend BCSS as a support service.

I've been fortunate to have Beneficence Care Support Services provide support to a loved one who is an NDIS participant. I have witnessed professional delivery of services that have always included a person centred approach. My loved one is treated as an individual, not a number, and as such, they receive support tailored specifically for them.
